After, we hanged out/had some oversweetened ice cream at the shopping centre like the cool teenager's here do on daily basis! :P
The goal was actually to get some supercheap speed boat tickets to Helsinki, but we never got any as by the time we made it to Kaubamaja there was a line of about 200 people :S bummer!!
The party of the two chicks continued at Bar Stereo where our order - one double espresso and espresso martini - made the bartender give us a look filled with pity... what?! :DD
But the espresso martini at Deja Vu is soooo much better... which is the place we ended up after the DJ Quentin Harris' gig at Prive, which I wasn't very impressed about. In any case, currently I am considering writing a letter of suggestions to the owner of that club. I don't know what's going on, but the atmosphere in Stereo and Prive have become so much worse than in the beginning... That's such a shame, because Prive is the only club in Tallinn that gets supercool dj's coming to play here. But what I do not get is why has soulful house recieved a total ban in that club? Tech house is at total rule there and I am sooo not liking that. Perhaps I am the only person who goes to clubs only for the music?! Not to mention that QS only started playing at 2 am.. but at least he played his version of Leela James' "My Joy", which is a song that has featured on this blog some time ago as well (read: I totally love that song!)..the bad news is that is was pretty much the only good song played that night! :S
While waiting for my friend to pick me up earlier that night I didn't get a better idea for passing the time except taking photos of myself.. :D I'm sooo creative, arent I!
